About Twevent
People use Twevent to record their online Twitter events.
It has been used for wine tastings, brainstorming sessions, comedy routines and more.
How Do I Use Twevent?
Twevent provides an easy interface to Twitter’s advanced search. You can find the start and end of your twitter event by supplying any of these options:
- A hashtag
- A code word tweeted by the organiser of the event
Twevent will show a list of participants and their tweets. You can quickly and easily delete any that are not relevant to the event.
Once you have the right set of tweets, you can choose a variety of colours and layouts to suit your blog, then we’ll give you the code to embed the Tweets into your page.
Embedding Your Twevent Into A Blog Post
Twevent will produce some code that looks like this:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twevent.net/embed.php?id=20"></script>
You can copy and paste that code into a blog post or a web page.
Note: If you use blogging software with a WYSIWYG editor, like WordPress or Blogger, you need to switch to HTML mode to do this.
